The Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane, WA seeks a Front Office Manager to lead guest services with a focus on outstanding hospitality. You will train and empower Front Office staff to consistently meet service standards while supporting budgeted profitability.

Role requires strong customer service, staff development, and effective communication with guests and team members in a luxury hotel environment. This is a full-time on-site position at a premier property.

Qualifications

• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train and lead staff to meet standards and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to customer service by promptly soliciting and responding to guest needs.
• Ensure Front Office staff, including new hires, are trained to meet standards.
• Empower staff to deliver exceptional service while aiming for department budgeted profit and margin.
• Prepare the annual departmental budget reflecting hotel operations.
• Manage HR functions: recruiting, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition.
