Responsibilities include leading Front Desk operations, ensuring Peninsula and Forbes standards, coordinating with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience, and maintaining compliance with Head Office data

Qualificações

• 2 years of Front Office leadership experience.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera; housekeeping knowledge a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper operation of Front Desk responsibilities.
• Maintain adherence to Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Maintain consistency in staff performance.
• Coordinate with departments to create a guest-centric experience.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office database requirements.
• Ensure efficient Front Desk handover and operations.
