Job summary

The Peninsula Chicago is seeking an Agent to join our Rooms Division and contribute to a guest-centric service culture on Michigan Avenue. As a Front Desk Agent, you will uphold Peninsula and Forbes standards, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate data handling while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Front Office experience in luxury property is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS and some knowledge in Housekeeping department preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all responsibilities of Front Desk operations.
• Knowledgeable and fully adheres to Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Maintain consistency in performance in accordance with both Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience.
• Be in full compliance with Head Office database requirements.
• Ensure efficient operation of the Front Desk responsibilities with efficient handover.
