The Peninsula Chicago is seeking an Assistant Director to join our Front Office Division management team and help deliver guest-focused service at a luxury Five-Star property on Michigan Avenue, Chicago. The role leads a diverse Front Office team and collaborates across departments to elevate guest experiences.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years in Front Office leadership, strong English, and familiarity with PMS/Opera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Front Office leadership experience in a luxury property.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera; Housekeeping knowledge a plus.
• Ability to handle high workload with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper operation of all Front Office responsibilities.
• Maintain adherence to Peninsula and Forbes standards by the Front Office team.
• Maintain staff performance consistency per Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Communicate with all departments to create a guest-centric experience.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office database requirements.
• Ensure efficient operation and smooth handover of Front Office tasks.
