Job summary

Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support daily Front Office operations and lead the team to deliver elevated, personalized service. You will assist with hosting guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, billing, VIP experiences, and service recovery, while role-modeling Hilton standards.

The ideal candidate has Front Office experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities and strong communication, problem-solving, and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hotel Front Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Guest-service oriented with ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Front Office team members and provide on-floor leadership.
• Assist with scheduling and training; monitor service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and recognize Hilton Honors members and VIP guests.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and F&B to ensure seamless guest experience.
