Curio Collection by Hilton in Houston seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead daily Front Office operations and develop the team to deliver the elevated, personalized service expected of a luxury property.

You will oversee guest arrivals/departures, room assignments, billing concerns, and VIP experiences, guiding staff during peak periods and ensuring guest interactions reflect exceptional hospitality.

• Ensure guest service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office team and coach staff on service delivery.
• Assist with scheduling and training of team members.
• Monitor and uphold service standards across the front desk and guest interactions.
• Resolve guest concerns and manage VIP/Hilton Honors guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, F&B and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
