Job summary

Elysée New York, a Wunderkind Hotels property managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be a primary guest contact from arrival through departure.

Reporting to Front Office Management and Operations Director, you’ll handle check-ins/outs, guest escorts, and requests, coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless stay. Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one to two years of front desk or guest-service experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or a comparable property management system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check in, and check out guests accurately and warmly, confirming reservation, payment, and stay details in Opera Cloud.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce them to facilities like Concierge, Salon Sanssouci, and Fitness Studio.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and manage phone-based check-out and guest requests with same care as in-person service.
• Respond to guest requests with hospitality, discretion, and anticipatory service, following through to completion.
