Responsabilités

• Provide an immersive tea experience guiding guests through offerings and menu selections.
• Communicate orders, special requests, and dietary needs to kitchen/bar; coordinate timing.
• Review orders and deliver food/beverages to tables or lounge chairs with proper presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns and requests.
• Adapt to each guest, offering a customized experience for locals and travelers.
• Close guest checks; process payments; settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables and chairs.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
• Assist with duties in absence or heavy volume in F&B when needed.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

The Tea Server will be responsible for guiding our guests through an immersive tea experience, anticipating their needs and delivering the highest personalized service and attention.

Responsibilities

• Provide an immersive tea experience by guiding guests through tea offerings, menu selections, and the Southall seed-to-table philosophy
• Communicate guest orders, special requests, and dietary needs to the kitchen and bar using the hotel’s point-of-sale system; coordinate food and beverage timing to provide a seamless tea service
• Review completed orders against the guest’s original request and deliver food and beverages to the guest table or lounge chair in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience for a variety of local guests, international travelers, and building residents alike
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and chairs
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Southall Leadership
