Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at our Atlanta store.

You will meet and exceed personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling and client engagement. The role requires energy, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); education + experience may be considered.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and price sheets reading.
Strong English proficiency and luxury retail background; familiarity with live-streaming or video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and aim to meet or exceed KPIs; manage multiple customers on the floor.
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations as needed.
