Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest services and front desk operations in a luxury setting.

You will coach staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while collaborating with housekeeping and reservations.

Full-time, hourly pay $18-$20 based on experience; benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, meal per shift, room discounts, and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.
