Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, part of The Marcus Corporation, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to uphold our iconic service standards. You will supervise daily front desk operations and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff training, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and reservations, and ensuring flawless service across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and luxury standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates with coaching and feedback.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments for a seamless experience.
