Job summary

The Pfister Hotel is seeking a Spa Services Supervisor to join our Well Spa + Salon team in Milwaukee. You will support the Spa Director and Salon Manager by supervising daily operations, guiding staff development, and ensuring guest experiences are distinctly superior.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support staff in daily operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to scheduling, reporting, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa and salon operations under Spa Director and Salon Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and service coordination across departments.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty as assigned, ensuring smooth guest and staff experiences.
• Train and mentor team members for consistent service and professionalism.
• Assist with onboarding, performance feedback, and progress reporting for new associates.
• Support retail sales and attend product trainings.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of spa and salon spaces.
• Assist with inventories and supply ordering.
• Coordinate group bookings and interdepartmental communication.
• Promote a positive work environment through leadership and communication.
