Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Leader to supervise front desk operations and uphold luxury hospitality standards. You will coach and support front desk associates, respond to guest concerns, and ensure seamless service across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.

What you will be doing

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
