Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver a warm, personalized welcome and assist guests with luggage and directions across the resort’s oceanfront property.

You will respond to guest requests with a proactive, thoughtful approach and collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for all guests. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and attentive in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to rooms with a personalized introduction.
• Assist with luggage delivery and retrieval, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and care.
• Engage with guests across the property and support with deliveries and special requests.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist during high-volume periods to support operations.
