Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to guest communications via GXP and Kipsu, ensuring timely, professional interactions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Document guest preferences, requests, and resolutions in hotel systems.
• Proactively engage with in-house guests through messaging to anticipate needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Escalate urgent guest concerns to leadership and ensure follow-through until resolution.
• Maintain front desk coverage and assist with guest check-in/check-out, cash handling, and room assignments.
• Support Rooms Control and Front Desk operations to meet business demands and maintain service standards.
