The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead daily guest services operations and uphold exceptional service standards. You will oversee front office performance and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating staff, managing the departmental budget, and directing HR functions such as hiring and performance reviews to maintain a motivated team while complying with employment

Qualifications

• Two years of departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Ability to comply with employment and Innkeeper laws.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Proficient in hotel management software and standard computer applications.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations with focus on guest service excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to standards.
• Empower staff to deliver superior service and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare annual departmental budget reflecting hotel operations.
