Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or guest services environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle cash and balance at front desk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest communications and respond promptly via GXP/Kipsu.
• Assist with front desk operations, check-ins/outs, and guest requests.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Document guest preferences and resolutions in hotel systems.
• Proactively engage with in-house guests to enhance satisfaction.
