Job summary

The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director of Finance to partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a 279-room luxury property. This hands-on leader will build strong relationships with ownership and department heads and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; hospitality experience considered.
• 5+ years in hospitality finance leadership; luxury hotel background preferred.
• Experience with workday or hotel financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel finance and accounting operations for a 279-room luxury property.
• Partner with GM and Executive Committee on financial strategy and profitability.
• Manage budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze P&L, labor costs, departmental expenses, and revenue trends.
• Lead monthly financial reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and mentor the finance team and strengthen internal controls.
• Communicate results to ownership and hotel leadership; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support finance-related initiatives including systems transitions and integrations.
