Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Experience in a resort/casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process billing transactions and balance cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and guest benefits.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information and room keys.
