Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Front Office, strong communication, and a professional demeanor, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-end hotel environment in downtown Nashville.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hotel Front Office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high-quality and efficient guest registrations and payments.
• Answer inquiries about reservations and hotel information.
• Maintain front desk area and related equipment and supplies.
• Provide service recovery options to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recognize Elite members and VIP Guests and support loyalty programs.
• Log requests and communicate with relevant departments.
