Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate for the Union House luxury association in San Francisco. You will welcome residents, provide concierge services, and help maintain a welcoming lobby and secure access for residents and guests.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be over 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hospitality experience preferred (luxury retail or fine dining).
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service and ensure 100% resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the front desk, lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
• Provide concierge services.
• Complete Daily Activity Report.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; receive and distribute resident parcels.
• Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
• Demonstrate understanding of the association's governing documents.
