Qualifications

• Guest service experience required.
• Strong listening skills to understand guest needs.
• Proficient in booking/reservation software and MS Office.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family with memorable service.
• Handle check-ins/outs and manage early/late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to meet guest expectations and requests.
• Ensure correct charges are posted and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain security by issuing keys and protecting guest privacy.
