Flow is seeking a Front Desk Agent in San Jose to create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors, handling greeting, check-in, packages, mail, and essential administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic luxury setting. Spanish language skills are a plus, and open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish preferred.
• Residential Services or Hospitality experience in a luxury environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests; manage packages and mail.
• Register guests and obtain payment information; handle inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests using local knowledge.
• Support Leasing Team with move-ins and lease renewals.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and maintain records.
