Job summary

Hotel Zoe in San Francisco, part of the EOS Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, assign rooms, and communicate guest needs to the relevant teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in luxury hotel environments, strong English communication, and familiarity with Opera. This full-time hourly role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong organizational, prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in, issue room keys and explain amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, room inventory and activities.
• Answer calls within 3 rings with proper salutations.
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
• Acquire information to book reservations and accommodate special requests.
• Input reservations and manage guest information in the system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and issues.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
