Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience in customer service or front desk is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving guests using manual and computer systems.
• Assist guests with check-out and settle accounts.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local information, and reservations.
• Communicate rates and availability, upsell room nights when appropriate.
• Operate PBX and respond to guest requests with timely service.
