Job summary

Aman New York is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will support guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, and club member interactions, while maintaining guest history data and responding to feedback with care and professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury hotel experience, proficiency in Windows/Office apps, and a strong command of English. Prior Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related luxury hotel experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; multilingual is a plus.
• Graduate of Hotel School or College Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Front Office functions to deliver Aman New York guest journeys.
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests and club members.
• Manage chats with guest/club member movement and arrivals/departures.
• Maintain accurate guest history databases.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member inquiries and feedback.
