Responsibilities

• Registers guests and manages check-in/check-out using hotel system.
• Communicates hotel facilities and assists guests with directions.
• Coordinates with bell staff and valet for luggage and vehicle needs.
• Performs basic cashier duties including currency exchange and guest folio postings.
• Reviews reports and communicates pertinent information to departments.
• Handles guest complaints with effective resolution and escalation when needed.
• Makes reservations and assists with concierge services.
