Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to provide an exceptional guest experience from check-in to departure. You will respond to inquiries, assist with hotel services, and tailor recommendations to guest preferences.

The role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of guest requests, including special arrangements, hours of operation, and events, while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.

Qualifications

• One+ years experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
• Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone.
• Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests
