Qualifications

• A friendly, polished hospitality professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Spa, hotel, or retail experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome guests and members.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments and packages.
• Check guests in and out and assist with locker access.
• Answer questions and provide knowledgeable information about spa services, treatments, amenities, and products.
• Assist with retail sales and spa transactions.
• Support daily opening, closing, cleanliness, and organization of the spa.
