Qualifications

• The Front Desk Agent greets guests and manages check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Handles reservations, payments, and guest requests with professionalism.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, engineering, reservations, and F&B to ensure guest needs are met.
• Requires friendly, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hotel front desk or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage efficient check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, payments, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Provide hotel and local information, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless service.
• Answer phones, recognize special occasions, and promote hotel services and amenities.
