Sonesta International Hotels in Houston invites you to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent. You will welcome guests, assist with reservations, handle check-in/check-out, and deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the stay.

This role suits someone who enjoys hospitality, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and works well with other departments to ensure memorable experiences. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with occasional overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in and check-out.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and info.
• Handle transactions using PMS and POS systems.
• Respond to guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B to support operations.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation at Front Desk and lobby.
• Follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
