Responsibilities include check-in/out, guest issue resolution, billing accuracy, and collaboration with Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure memorable experiences. Weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk or customer service experience; luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
