The Fifth Avenue Hotel in New York, NY, is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Front Desk Agent) to deliver warm, personalized service to arriving and departing guests in a 149-room luxury property.

As the first and last impression, you will coordinate check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure every stay reflects our award-winning standards of refinement and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism.

• Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
