Qualifications

• High school diploma or hospitality training/certification preferred.
• Previous reception or customer service experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in/out.
• Maintain guest accounts and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Protect guest confidentiality and ensure security of cash and valuables.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services.
