Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Sales Advisor, RTW - Frame DSA, to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive individual and team sales in a flagship luxury environment.

You will greet customers, recommend merchandise, and utilize clienteling tools to expand business. The role supports visual standards, loyalty programs, and active participation in trunk shows and events while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Commission-based sales experience is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend merchandise based on knowledge and preferences.
• Expand business through clienteling tools and loyalty programs.
• Support visual standards, merchandise presentation, and audit compliance.
• Develop long-term client relationships and participate in trunk shows/events.
• Collaborate with Personal Shoppers and store leadership to drive OHB sales.
