Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc. is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at our McAllen, TX location to execute customer experience and sales strategies for the Creed line.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and supports the overall store function and brand presence. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in retail sales (fragrance or luxury goods preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks in-store.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining high standards.
• Drive store-level sales and support Creed brand initiatives.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Assist with presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and sales momentum.
• Coordinate with meetings and management for regular alignment.
• Collaborate with team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup.
• Open/close duties as required for boutique locations.
