Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience in retail/fragrance industry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining high standards and supporting sales.
• Drive store-level sales plans and support Creed Sales Team in designated stores.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed through upselling and launches.
• Assist with presell launches and in-store events in collaboration with management.
• Engage customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with management to support business needs.
• Collaborate with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup; open/close duties if in boutique locations.
