International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc. is hiring a Fragrance Specialist for Creed at the Short Hills boutique. The position focuses on delivering a branded customer experience, driving sales, and promoting the Creed line within a luxury retail setting.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in retail sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage events and high-visibility launches. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with competitive benefits and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills to support business needs.
• Experienced and comfortable with working within a retail environment and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by holding exceptional standards while supporting store sales.
• Drive retail sales plan at the store level and support Creed Sales Team to reach market-wide goals.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell; support pre-sale and launch goals.
• Execute action plans based on market calendar; maximize sales; partner with management on launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote Creed.
• Lead and participate in meetings; collaborate with management and team.
• Team up with the manager to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup.
• Open and close duties when based in boutique location.
