Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at Macy's South Shore Plaza, Braintree, MA. You will execute customer experience, achieve sales targets, and coordinate events while upholding Creed brand standards.

The role requires strong retail experience, fragrance knowledge, and excellent communication; you will support store-wide and out-of-home meetings and collaborate with the Creed Sales Team to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum retail sales experience, fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan events and manage store activities.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Comfort with computer tools and store reporting systems.
• Flexible to multi-task and adapt to priorities.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Customer Experience and drive sales as Creed brand ambassador.
• Achieve store sales plan and support Creed team across designated stores.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote intersell with launches.
• Execute market action plans, presell launches and in-store events.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Attend morning and department meetings and collaborate with management.
• Work with manager to drive all aspects of business and event setup.
• Open/close duties if located in boutique location.
