Job summary

Aroma360 is seeking an Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team in a fast-paced call center environment. You will drive high-value scenting solutions, close premium deals, and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $90,000–$120,000+. This is a luxury-brand role with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding fragrance house.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales or call center environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and able to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads for premium scenting solutions.
• Close 36-month product and service agreements with clients.
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM and follow up diligently.
• Deliver engaging conversations that convey the Hotel Collection experience.
• Exceed performance goals through product knowledge and persistence.
