Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for how scent elevates spaces.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and present premium scenting solutions.
• Close 36-month product and service agreements with clients.
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver engaging sales conversations that reflect Aroma360’s Hotel Collection experience.
• Exceed performance goals through persistence and product knowledge.
