Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, ensure top-tier cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction, and guide coordinators, attendants, and therapists. You will coordinate schedules, inventory, and staff coaching in alignment with Delano brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising treatment room readiness, front desk coverage, and guest interactions while escalating staffing, financial, and operational decisions to the Director of Spa.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years spa or wellness experience with supervisory or shift-lead preferred.
• Experience coordinating daily spa operations and front desk activities.
• Proficiency with spa reservation software and general computer applications.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director of Spa; provide shift updates and guest feedback as requested.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa, equipment, and guest areas.
• Monitor treatment room readiness and product preparation; coordinate repairs with staff.
• Oversee spa attendants and locker room upkeep; ensure opens/closes on schedule.
• Reinforce staff dress code, punctuality and service standards; report observations to Director.
• Coordinate therapist appointments and daily schedules through Book4Time.
• Supervise spa reception and front desk coverage and guest communications.
• Handle guest services; greet guests, assist services and retail, resolve issues.
