The Sebastian Vail is seeking a dynamic food and beverage leader to oversee all dining outlets, banquets, and special events. You will lead a diverse team, uphold exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff; implement procedures ensuring safety compliance and service excellence; monitor metrics and respond to guest feedback. You will partner with culinary, hotel leadership, and vendors to manage operations,

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent guest service, quality, and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance to meet business needs and budget goals.
• Partner with culinary, banquet, and hotel leadership to execute memorable dining and event experiences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support financial performance and minimize waste.
• Review guest feedback and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are consistently followed.
• Support menu planning, promotions, and special event execution as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
