Qualifications

• Two+ years in high-volume upscale or fine dining service
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and elevated service standards
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead service flow by greeting guests and guiding them through the menu
• Communicate guest orders clearly to servers and staff
• Present and announce selections with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergies
• Support wine service including presentation and glassware usage
• Ensure service standards, policies, and procedures are followed
• Review daily prep lists and confirm readiness of service elements
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of tableside service areas
• Anticipate guest needs with attentive, personalized service
• Foster collaboration with team and management
• Handle, store, and rotate products while minimizing waste
• Report equipment or product issues to management promptly
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
