Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization and proper table settings in dining and service areas throughout shift.
• Support guest service by greeting guests and assisting servers and managers as needed.
• Ensure service stations are stocked with silverware, dishes, napkins and mise en place.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous assistance in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining positive guest and coworker relationships.
• Follow all policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality and a performance-driven mindset.
• Stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
