• Ensure guest satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Manage reservations and POS platforms and provide leadership presence.
• Maximize profitability by monitoring labor costs and expenses.
• Support VIP and special event service as needed.
