Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional wine service in the dining room and lounge.

• Train and mentor servers on wine service and sales techniques.
• Define and uphold wine service standards across shifts.
• Manage wine inventory, displays, and app tools.
• Lead guided tastings for guests or staff during events.
• Promote responsible service and comply with regulations.
