Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and contribute to store goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, supporting daily operations and clienteling activities.

Qualified candidates have luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with live-stream shopping or social selling. Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or education/experience combo.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
