Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Schaumburg, IL to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and engage clients with styling guidance across omni-channel platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of luxury retail sales, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
