As a front-line ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and participate in brand initiatives. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background and social media skills including live-stream or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Support daily store operations, including cash wrap and inventory.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
